Founder
Our company founded with extensive academic credentials and over four decades of professional experience . Holding a PhD in Sustainability Science and Policy from Maastricht Universiteit (2023), a Master of Science in Social Intervention Psychology from Universitas Indonesia (2010), and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution (2005), our founder brings profound scholarly expertise to our organization.
Throughout his career, Dexon Pasaribu has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to impactful work, including successful entrepreneurial ventures and collaborations with government bodies, local communities, and prestigious institutions such as the United Nations. Notably, he has actively participated in global initiatives, including disaster recovery efforts and international forums such as COP 23 and COP 25.
With a focus on international collaborations, our founder has held roles ranging from PhD Researcher at the Maastricht Sustainability Institute to senior specialist and team leader positions at UNDP. His expertise spans sustainability, environmental protection, poverty alleviation, action research, and change management, supported by proficiency in psychological instrument, social intervention, analytical frameworks and program management, monitoring, evaluation, and policy analysis. Combined with our teams unique skillsets, this enable us to deliver innovative solutions across diverse domains.
